Reflect on the past week

Take some time to analyze the past week and answer these questions in your journal or notebook. Make sure you keep these to see how you and your team have grown!

  • Where were you successful in incorporating experiential learning? What areas do you think you can improve in?

Prepare for next week

Take some time to visualize how to implement the following questions. Write down your thoughts & ideas to narrow down specific actions. Intentionally choose when and how to implement these behaviors during the following week.

Create a Positive Climate

  • How will I be more transparent with my thoughts, emotions, values, and beliefs next week?

Develop Cohesion

  • How would you rate your team's task trust? What ways can you improve it?

Provide Purpose

  • How can I demonstrate my approach to my own learning goals as a way to encourage learning?

Learn & Grow

In Daniel Pink's DRIVE, he suggests Mastery, Purpose, and Autonomy are key to motivation. Learning or development goals can include all three drivers of motivation when an employee has the opportunity to learn and grow.
