Reflect on the past week

Take some time to analyze the past week and answer these questions in your journal or notebook. Make sure you keep these to see how you and your team have grown!

  • When you used active listening this week, what did you learn? What did you notice about yourself? What did you notice about the other person? How will you improve your active listening skills?

Prepare for next week

Take some time to visualize how to implement the following questions. Write down your thoughts & ideas to narrow down specific actions. Intentionally choose when and how to implement these behaviors during the following week.

Create a Positive Climate

  • Where do I need to provide more of the "why" behind things?

Develop Cohesion

  • What event or project do I need to start mentally preparing my team for?

Provide Purpose

  • How do I ensure everyone has a clear understanding of our mission and their role in its success?
