Reflect on the past week

Take some time to analyze the past week and answer these questions in your journal or notebook. Make sure you keep these to see how you and your team have grown!

  • Did you incorporate fun this week? What feedback did you get from your team? If you didn't incorporate fun this week, take a look at where you could have fit it in.

Prepare for next week

Take some time to visualize how to implement the following questions. Write down your thoughts & ideas to narrow down specific actions. Intentionally choose when and how to implement these behaviors during the following week.

Create a Positive Climate

  • How and when will you be more empathetic next week?

Develop Cohesion

  • How would you rate your team's social trust? Come up with three ways to improve it, share them with your team, and get their feedback.

Provide Purpose

  • Are your team members searching out opportunities for more responsibility? How can you be sure?
