Reflect on the past week

Take some time to analyze the past week and answer these questions in your journal or notebook. Make sure you keep these to see how you and your team have grown!

  • What went well this week?
  • What didn't?
  • What am I not doing that my team wishes I would?
  • What am I doing that my team wishes I wouldn't?

Prepare for next week

Take some time to visualize how to implement the following questions. Write down your thoughts & ideas to narrow down specific actions. Intentionally choose when and how to implement these behaviors during the following week.

Create a Positive Climate

  • What does fun at work look like to you? What does it look like to your team? Find out so you can plan more fun!

Develop Cohesion

  • What are some ways you can address instances of disrespectful treatment between team members?

Provide Purpose

  • How would you like to be challenged to grow in your current position? Take some time to figure this one out.
